Who we are
This website belongs to ELR Grid, a brand of Eleandro Hoxha, Person Fizik, NUIS L91714033U, Tirana, Albania, who is the controller of your personal data. Contact: info@elrgrid.com.
What we collect
- Contact form and email. When you send us a request, we receive your name, company, email address, the project details you write and any file link you share.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser, date and time of the visit) to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or social media plugins. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your request and, if we work together, to prepare quotes, contracts and invoices. The legal basis is your request and steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, with email by Titan. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@elrgrid.com. You can also complain to the Albanian data protection authority (IDP) or the authority in your own EU country.
Client drawings
Drawings and documents shared for a project are handled under the agreement for that project, not this policy.
