What kind of projects do you draw?
Mostly residential buildings, houses and small buildings, petrol stations and parking areas. We draw plans, sections, elevations, details, site plans and 3D models for these, and we update existing drawings from your markups.
Which file formats do you deliver?
DWG and PDF as standard, Revit models (RVT and RFA), and DXF on request. We work in your templates, layers, title blocks and drawing standards, so the files drop straight into your project.
How do we start working together?
Send us your drawings, a sketch or an idea through the form or by email. We reply with questions or a quote with a price and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you agree.
How do you keep our drawings safe?
Files are shared through your system or an encrypted link, stay on our work computers only, and only the people on your job open them.
Do you sign off drawings or take design responsibility?
No. We prepare the drawings and models. Your engineer or architect of record makes the design decisions and signs off.
Where are you based and which countries do you work with?
We are based in Tirana, Albania, and work remotely with firms in any country. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET), and we communicate in English, Italian and Albanian.
